Titan Studios - The Worlds first Multi-Entertainment platform for Students
Vision - creating the ultimate Multi-Entertainment platform for university students to earn money based on their skills and passions.
End goal - become the biggest multi-entertainment platform in the world.
Content and services may include music, online Courses, books, films, virtual reality, augmented Reality, games, Titan web serverces, Artificial intelligence, Titan school and much more!

Goals for the company in next 5 years
1. 10% of all university students in the UK using the platform either to upload or watch content.
2. Have at least 100,000 subscribers
3. Have at turnover of at least £1m+ to invest heavily In next generation technologies people can use.
What problems (particularly in value chain competitiveness and global disruption) are your community’s stakeholders facing due to the Covid-19 pandemic?
1. Social distancing may be a problem filming music videos, promo videos etc that will require more than three people.
2. Not being able to go into university lectures and classes to influence students to upload their content.
What minimum viable solution(s) are you proposing to address the challenge(s) in your community?
The OTT streaming industry is valued over $70 billion by 2021.
Problem - This industry is over saturated with so many streaming platforms with similar types of content I.e. disney plus, youtube red, amazon prime, apple TV.
Second problem - There are so many segments in the entertainment industry. There is no single platform where people can access all the content.
Third problem - no platform dedicated towards students where they can upload a number of different types of content.
Share your story (your narrative)
1. The initial idea was to create a film production company and make films that could be featured in cinimas across the UK.
2. Realising less people are going to cinemas and more people are going online to watch entertainment I.e. Netflix, I decided to create a company around online content.
3. However, I realised that online content platforms were over saturated, I had to find a solution, competitive advantage, and something to make us stand out.
4. I like helping people because it gives me a boost of confidence and better self esteem. This is when the idea of helping students occured to me as I've done this anyway.
5. I'm a very creative person and I want to help other like minded students.
6. Then Titan Studios was born.

1. I don't see any description of your idea. As in what it is, for whom (target audience (where is your detailed demographics?) seeking what)? and what unique feature of your product/service will address their needs?
2. Goals:

b) Have at least 100,000 subscribers- How? Through what approach or program?
c) Have at turnover of at least £1m+ to invest heavily In next generation technologies people can use. Okay but elaborate a little more.
Also briefly state in what ways the above goals will help your community/ecosystem?
3. Problems: First, I understand what your issues are. But you need to describe them in detail. Here are some tips: Describe how the problems affect the lives of your target audience. Include a brief insight on such problems from the past, present (you have already provided info for this) and future (if unresolved). Also, explain what will happen to the overall community culture, if this problem persists.
4. Solutions: I don't know why you have listed the problems under the question for your solution. Anyways, elaborate how exactly your prototype will help your target audience. What unique features of this service would add value to addressing the problems of your target audience, and which SDGs do they address?
Also, aren't there any measures taken by the relevant stakeholders (in your community) to address these issues? If yes, state why these measures aren't helping to solve the problem but yours will.
Separately, for overall understanding, you may also want to specify how your proposed solutions will address the gap between the existing problems and opportunities in this specific sector.

You could use this idea as a solution to Covid situation. Students have now more time to be creative and work from home and upload their work. But on the contrary they cant network so much in person and they could do it online thanks to your platform. Best, Mojca
