Hi Kleber,
Good idea, but, try to expand your goals, so that, you will be able to measure the level of your success for each goal. e.g With what you've presented above, how will you measure the impact of your instructional videos/ workshops, to your target audience?

Kléber Jácome Aug 6, 2020

ohh ... yes, it's true. The way in which we are going to do it is through a follow-up form to the users, in which they give me the results graphically.
Thank you for your comment.

Hie AT im here to co cr3aye ans share ideas
Anyway this is a small piece of advice My advice Start small and build momentum, Being a social entrepreneur can be very difficult, you are constantly in a field dominated by changing dynamics, you will often face business challenges, and you have to start small and build your enterprise from the ground up. You must be resilient, realistic, and passionate about your goals and the impact you are trying to achieve. To add to your solution, I am sharing with you questions from one of our trainings that can help in refining our ideas and projects What business model will you follow to implement this idea? What methodology or strategy will you use during different processes of implementing this idea? Which are the processes you have to go through until the finalization of the idea? What means or tools do you need to implement my idea? Which are your potential collaborators, investors? I honestly suggest that before you submit your idea or project, please and ask yourself these questions and even if you have submitted their project, do remember that we still have opportunity to refine our ideas and resubmit. I hope that you find this useful. Also, please create time and take the campus online trainings as the trainings are there to help campus members understand what it is to be an entrepreneur.
.
Consider my idea vote and comment on it Let co create Thank you

Kléber Jácome Aug 6, 2020

Great !, I tell you that we have already asked these questions, and well, to summarize, we are going to do it together with the government of Ecuador, so this facilitates the execution of the project, especially with the help of the Infocentros already They have community computing centers, nationally and in rural areas. I think that will update you on the idea.

looking forward to your reply

DJ Koeman Aug 6, 2020

Nice. Where do you source your content from? Is it in English or in Spanish? What does the revenue model look like?

Kléber Jácome Aug 6, 2020

The revenue model will be done in conjunction with the public institutions of the government of Ecuador, so it is intended to be a social project that makes known the benefits of technology and the impact they have on MSMEs for their productivity.

DJ Koeman Aug 13, 2020

thanks for the clarification, I appreciate! As it is done with the public institutions, I am guessing that content will be in Spanish? Wish you all the best. In the meantime, have a look at our idea and if you like, vote up: https://cocreate.itu.int/post/3496670

Great idea!! Although I suggest to place those training materials into software platform example of such Knowbe4 platform where you will be able to sell subscriptions to those companies and in case they need physical training you can assist and it will be easy to measure the efficiency of training using tests or assessments that will be done online.

This will help the sustainability of the project too!!

Also ensure those training contents are engaging and unique.

DJ Koeman Aug 13, 2020

thanks for the tip on the platform, Callister! I had not heard of Knowbe4 before.... :-) I will see if that is something useful for us as well. Nashukuru sana! In the meantime, have a look at our idea and if you like, vote for it: https://cocreate.itu.int/post/3496670

Hi Kléber, It would be helpful to know more on the idea in the areas of what resources are you going to use? who will teach? Where you are going to start geographically?how will you ensure the quality of what is being taught? , how will this be different from many online courses and face to face courses already happening?. For me personally the idea is good but all the essentials on the execution and sustainability of the project are missing. Probably it is explained in the pdf you attached but I could not understand because of my language. It would be helpful if you have this file in English or summary deck of what is explained in the pdf file.

Hi Kléber, great idea. I just wanted you to spice up your story narrative to help give a clear picture of what triggered you to solve this problem and why you feel your solution will have greater impact compared to what is already on the ground.
All the best

Hello !

I would like like to share the following with you:

I was about to share a quote that came in my mind a few seconds ago. Suddenly I remembered what Prof. Dr. Günter Faltin wrote." simplicity is a good principle. Complexity is the entrepreneur's enemy. If you believe that "paring down" and "simplicity" are too basic, not impressive enough, and not at all grand, then remember Leonardo Davinci: " Simplicity is the ultimate perfection".

It came to my mind that my quote had already been said by others, several times and in many different ways. But when did they say the quote, did they use the same words as mine, what were the circumstances? How the author did grew up? Was he black or white? A man or female, and many more questions. When I realized that the combinatorial analysis still offers unlimited scope, I silently breathed a sigh of relief. The market is never saturated for entrepreneurs, it requires a dose of simplicity to innovate and propose a sustainable solution while using available material, inclusive what others already used.

Support us with votes and comments, thank you.

Self-study guides, could you please explain it more details.

Valentina Araya Aug 28, 2020

Hi Kléber
I personally love ideas that seek to foster micro and SME’s as I think most of the time these ideas can add so much value to their businesses. Training and sharing content is a good way to help them and having the government as a strategic partner is powerful, congratulations for that!
What would you say is your differentiating element or value proposition?Considering one can find other players that offer similar services.

I would try to go a bit further on how can you add value for the segment you are tackling and set more ambitious goals in terms of your traction maybe or even by measuring the results of those business after you trained them.

All the best!

Hi Kleber,
Loved your idea and training is the most powerful weapon to empower any business and what i loved that you targeted the SMEs who got impacted due to the pandemic. When it comes to Training, who is supporting you in providing the training? Do you have trainers and experts or you ask for volunteers?

Our idea is also about the training and building capacity and we are doing it free of charge through our ambassadors. Appreciate if you have a look and give me your comments about our idea.

Hi Kleber, what is the participatory mode? Will the training be self-paced, and will certificates be issued? What platform will this be anchored? Generally, how can this be accessed?
