Community E-learning digital infrastructure

Most rural areas in developing countries are not commercially viable for full deployment of digital infrastructure, we can build community based digital infrastructure that caters for basic digital lifestyle for education, health, agriculture, and community based mass mobilization using existing technology in today’s market. That is what Community E-learning digital infrastructure aims to achieve. Using distributed renewable solar system, hybrid TV White Space and IEEE 802.11X for access networks, and cost effective computer hardware infrastructure with open sourced learning contents to provide free of bandwidth access cost to learning on 24/7 basis within a community

It's great being part of a creative world like this, I am happy to join this group of global change makers. Help me to peer review our proposal for lessening the effect of COVID-19 on access to basic digital infrastructure for online learning, getting critical rural health data across to health managers situated in the cities and accessing agriculture extensions services to people living in rural communities all over the world without total dependence on ISPs and other commercial services providers and Internet data cost.

The digital learning as an innovative opportunity to bring and encourage education for all is wholeheartedly welcome and should be supported. It is to the credit of Techno Science that this is happening. The politicians, educationist and well meaning businesses should embrace and support this initiative to ensure the gap already created by our dysfunctional educational system is bridged and at least we have an opportunity to close the gap between the haves and have nots.
Kudos to Techno Science
